The Numeric Input test can be set to alert the inspector and others to real-time failures (RTFs).
In the following example, the inspector has entered values for Diameter X and Diameter Y for Part Number: F-602OR (Fig. 2). The test borders changed to red when test values fail a real-time subgroup check that has been set with the standard. Individual value boxes change to red when a test value fails a real-time individual check.
