You may control the maximum number of bars (1-99) displayed on a Pareto chart by right-clicking the chart and then clicking Display Options.

When the number of categories in a retrieval exceeds the number you set, the remaining bars are combined into the last bar on the chart and labeled "Other".

The default is 0 which displays one bar for each category retrieved and does not combine any into an "Other" category.
