When editing standards, you can save time creating new standards by using the Duplicate button to copy the information from an existing standard. Then, modify the settings that are different on your new standard, instead of starting from a blank record. You will need to create a unique name for each standard.
From the list of standards, select a standard that is similar to the new standard you want to create.
Click Duplicate.
Enter a unique name for the new standard, and then click OK.
Make any necessary changes on the Standard Information screen, and then click OK to save the new standard.
