If it is possible for your query result set to contain some empty data fields, you can use the Template Wizard to add an extra formula to the cell in the Part Number column.
This formula should check the length of the value in a data field. (You can copy the formula referencing the data field from the columns Data 1, Data 2, etc.)
If the length equals zero and you don't want to save the blank value, go to the Repeat column.
If the length equals zero and you want save the blank value, set the value of the Data n column to * (an asterisk). For more information, see Entering an incomplete subgroup.
