To set initial traceability values and then skip over them during the rest of the import process, you can use step 4 of the Template Wizard to move all of the Traceability columns so that they fall just to the right of the Outer Query column. Then modify the formula in the Outer Next column near the end of the template so that it loops back to the first column after the Traceability columns.
This ensures that after the template has progressed once through the Traceability columns, the Traceability columns are not executed again. This will also improve the speed of the template.
