The rights of the user or group name that you used to log in to the Data Entry module will affect whether your Data OK? screen displays an Edit data check box or a cell highlighter.
When you edit the role for a user or group name, the access right labeled Edit Data OK is located in the Data Entry group.
If this right is configured to require a password when you attempt to change data, your Data OK? screen contains an Edit data check box.
If this right has full access to change data without requiring a password, your Data OK? screen does not need an Edit data check box. Instead, you can immediately highlight the value you want to edit.
If this right is configured to deny you access to change data, your Data OK? screen does not contain an Edit data check box, and you cannot click a cell on this screen to edit it.
If you want to correct a data value, you must click No and return to the data entry screen to re-enter your value.
