Note: To enter defect data on the DMS Data Entry tab, you must use a mouse or other pointing device to click the DMS Data Entry tab and to click the Data Entry tab after entering your defect data.
If your data entry session has been set up for defect data entry, and if your workstation has been set up to run the GainSeeker Defect Management System, you can click the DMS Data Entry tab to enter defect data.

If the current SPC standard has been linked to a DMS standard, that DMS standard will automatically be selected when you click the DMS Data Entry tab. Otherwise, you must select a DMS standard to begin entering defect data.
If you have already entered traceability information on the Data Entry tab, that traceability information will automatically prefill the traceability fields on the DMS Data Entry tab.
