Log into DMS data entry and select a part number and process, date, traceability and sample size as usual.
To enter defect information, select Enter Defects.
This displays a form to enter both defect and location data.
Select a defect and its location, then press Submit.
Repeat this step until you have entered all of the defects for this sample.
You can only submit one defect at a time.
After you have finished entering defects, press Close.
Choose Save/Change Part Number or Save/Same Part Number to save your data.
