SPC

Default sub title (3rd line) for SPC charts.

Setting title_3_spc=^^888 is equivalent to removing the title_3_spc= setting from Cms.ini.  Both set the third line of the chart titles to the dynamic chart name (e.g., Control Chart, Histogram, etc.).
