On some types of computers that have multiple Ethernet cards, GainSeeker sometimes simultaneously uses two licenses to run two or more GainSeeker applications that are open on a workstation. This issue can be easily resolved by changing a System-wide setting.
To prevent GainSeeker from using more than one license at a workstation:
Select the Workstation PhysID setting option for the Computer identification setting on the Configurations tab of the System Administration module.
