Sending email with Microsoft Outlook

When Microsoft Outlook is installed on your workstation and your Cms.ini contains the setting email_override=0 or does not contain any email_override= setting, the program functions as follows:

When you click Send To, Email, the program will display a screen similar to the following:

  1. Select the checkboxes for the items to be included in the e-mail, and then click OK.

The program then launches a new Microsoft Outlook message with the selected items attached.

  1. Use the To: box to address this message to its intended recipients.

  2. You can also edit the subject or body of the message.

  3. Click Send to send the email.
