Parameters to launch the program in PDA mode

How these modules function:

  • SPC Data Entry

  • SPC Database Monitor

  • Enterprise Dashboard

-FW:width -FH:height

For the width and height, enter the number of pixels in the display area of your handheld device. You may need to adjust these numbers if a toolbar or other component is always displayed in a portion of this area.

Each time you start this shortcut, the program will be launched at the size that you specify. You cannot drag the edges of the program screen to change its size.

If the width is less than 800, the program will be launched in PDA mode.

If the LaunchPad module is started with these parameters, then these parameters will also be applied to any SPC Data Entry, SPC Database Monitor or Enterprise Dashboard sessions that are launched from this instance of the LaunchPad.

Examples:

"C:\Program Files\Hertzler Systems\GainSeeker\DESPC.exe" -FW:240 -FH:320

Launches the SPC Data Entry module in PDA mode with a display size of 240 by 320 pixels.

"C:\Program Files\Hertzler Systems\GainSeeker\DESPC.exe" -FW:240 -FH:300

On a handheld device with total screen resolution of 240 by 320 pixels, where a toolbar with a height of 20 pixels is always displayed, this launches the SPC Data Entry module in PDA mode with a display size of 240 by 300 pixels.
