The Submit button displays near the bottom of each sub-inspection page only when the required information has been entered by the inspector. It is used to submit the data and information for each sub-inspection to the database.
The Incomplete button displays near the bottom of each sub-inspection when some required information has yet to be provided for that sub-inspection. Complete the required information to display the Submit button.
Under a few circumstances, the Submit button may display even when some required actions have not been performed for that sub-inspection. When you click the Submit button, data and information for the sub-inspection is not submitted. Instead, an informational message box displays that tells you what is required to submit data for one or more of the sub-inspection tests on that page.
For example, this may occur when a sub-inspection page includes a Pass/Fail test for which an action has been required and that test requires a DMS standard/part number to store data.
