The additive versus the average method for DPU calculations across operations

The Defect Management System provides two methods for calculating DPU (or its derivatives) when you retrieve data across more than one process. These are the Additive Method and the Average Method. The Average Method is the default. You can change the default in the System Manager (see the Knowledge Base). You can also change the setting during a retrieval on the Statistics tab on the DPU Chart Builder.
