After you enter a data point, traceability value, or standard on the data entry screen, the program moves on to the next prompt and, by default, displays the last value you entered in the Previous field.
Colors and the Previous field
By default, the color of the Previous field will depend on the most recent value entered.
For a data value that fell within the specification limits and individual gate limits set in the standard, the Previous field will turn green.
For a data value that fell outside the specification limits or individual gate limits set in the standard, the Previous field will turn red.
For a data value for a standard that does not contain any specification limits or individual gate limits, and on which no other real-time checks were performed, the Previous field will turn gray.
For any other value (such as a standard, a date, or a traceability value), the Previous field will turn gray.
Note: If you have changed the Color used when no failure occurs, or if you have changed the colors used for data that is Outside Ind. Gate or Outside Spec, those colors will be shown in the Previous field instead of the red and green listed above. |
Setting preferences for the Previous box
You can configure this workstation to show or hide the Previous field. You can also choose whether or not to use colors in the Previous field. For more information, see View on Data Entry tab.
