You can use a command line parameter for PC Collect to automatically open a specific Inspection or Planned Inspection. This can be useful if you would like a particular Inspection or Planned Inspection to open each time the PC Collect module is launched. This does not disable the inspector from opening other Inspections or Planned Inspections at that workstation.
To automatically open an Inspection, add this to the target line:
inspection="inspection name"
To automatically open a Planned Inspection, add this to the target line:
plannedinspection="planned inspection name"
You can also add the Close parameter at the end of the command line to close the Inspection or Planned Inspection after other actions are performed:
