Description:

This setting is used to provide a unique ID for each GainSeeker workstation or network user. It can be used to track which workstations or users are currently logged in to GainSeeker modules.

The way this setting is used, and its location, both depend on the System-wide setting for Computer identification.

How to configure:

1. Launch the Administration module.

2. On the System Administration window, click the File menu and then click Workstation Settings.

3. Right-click the Local machine identifier setting, and then enter a new identifier.
