If you want for this template to run unattended, there are several things to consider:
If your SPC system is configured to check for real-time failures, you should also configure the system to automatically store notes.
This can be done system-wide (for this configuration) in the Administration module. Alternately, you can configure the template to automatically store notes by adding the formula DE_OPT 5, 1 to cell [A1].
Make sure that your query result set does not contain blank values in the part number column.
Make sure that your query result set does not contain non-numeric values in the data columns.
