Refreshing Charts with Text or Arrows

Some information in this topic may be specific to the GainSeeker Charts module.

The intended use for user-added text or arrows on a chart is for making notations just before sending the chart to HTML, saving it to a file (.gif, .jpg, .bmp, etc.), or printing it.

• Text and arrows are only displayed on a chart until the chart window is closed or until the chart is refreshed.

Saving a chart that displays text or arrows to a desktop will save any other chart settings you have made, but not text or arrows you may have added.

Making permanent notations on a chart

To make more permanent notations to a chart, you can add text to the chart titles at the top of a chart. See Chart titles for more information.
