Exporting data to a MINITAB file format

Note: This topic pertains to the SPC Data Entry module and legacy GainSeeker modules such as SPC Charts and Reports, DMS Charts and Reports, and Enterprise Dashboard.

When exporting information to a MINITAB file format, you must first generate a table for which this function is available. If you want, you can also modify the columns to be exported to the MINITAB file.

To send the information on your table to MINITAB:

Right-click the table
Point to Send to
Click MINITAB file

The MINITAB File command is only available if you have rights to Send to File. Select the folder where you want to save the file, enter a descriptive name for the file, and then click OK. You can later use MINITAB to open this file.
