You can delete a standard and the records associated with it using the Select Part Number dialog

From the list of standards on the Select Part Number dialog, select the standard you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Choose whether to delete only the standard or to delete the standard and all of the data that is associated with it. See important information in Archiving data below.
If
you delete only the standard, the data records remain in your database,
but you are unable to access any of that data until you re-create the
standard. Only select this option if you think you will use this data
again. To delete only the standard, click Standard
only.
Deleting the standard and all the existing data associated with it is a slower process than only deleting the standard. However, it does not leave unnecessary data records in your database. If you select this option, you should first use the Import/Export function in the GainSeeker Utility module to archive the data by exporting it to a file.
To delete the standard and its data, click Standard and all existing data. This deletes the standard as well as all data records and other associated records for the standard.
