This system-wide setting is only available and only displays when using Pervasive in database mode. It sets a maximum count of database records that may be retrieved by a single database query.
If GainSeeker sometimes generates a message such as "The maximum number of records allowed by memory were retrieved. More records may exist in the database that were not retrieved de to memory limitations. Consider applying a filter to reduce the total number of records retrieved.", you can try reducing this maximum number of records.
To change this value:
Expand the System-wide settings tree on the Configurations tab of the System Administration module. Then, right-click the Maximum records allowed for an RDO query node of this tree and enter the maximum number of records to retrieve for a query. To return to the GainSeeker default setting, set this value to 20000.
