Copying a KPI gage

On the Design window for a KPI gage dashboard, use these steps to create a new gage by copying an existing gage:

1. Right-click on the gage you want to copy.

2. Point to Copy on the right-click menu.

3. Click the type of KPI gage you want to create:

   • If you right-clicked on a dial gage, bar gage or dynamic text item, you may copy it to a new Dial gage, Bar gage, or Dynamic text item.

   • If you right-clicked on a static text item, you may copy it to a new Static text item.

   • If you right-clicked on a file or URL item, you may copy it to a new File or URL item.

4. The new KPI gage is positioned in almost the same location as the original gage.

5. If desired, you may specify a different retrieval and/or different design settings for the new gage.
