When opening a Desktop, you can temporarily select a different filter for:
A chart family or dashboard retrieval
All chart families and dashboard retrievals of the same data type (SPC or DMS)
These tasks are accomplished using the Open Desktop with Changes window.
Follow these steps to temporarily change the filter used for a chart family or dashboard retrieval on the desktop, or for all chart families and dashboard retrievals on the desktop that are of the same data type (SPC or DMS).
Select the chart family or dashboard retrieval you want to change. For details, see Opening a Desktop with Changes.
To change only
the selected chart family or dashboard retrieval, click Change
(under Filter name).
To change all chart
families and dashboard retrievals of the same data type - (SPC)
or (DMS) - click Change
for all (under Date period).
This opens the Select Filters
window:
Choose the new filter or filters, and then click OK. For more information, see Working with Filters and Using Quick Filters.
