Open a Desktop using a different Date Period

When opening a Desktop, you can temporarily select a different date period for:

Selecting a different date period

  1. If setting the date period for only one chart family or dashboard retrieval, select the chart family or dashboard retrieval you want to change. For details, see Opening a Desktop with Changes.

  2. To change only the selected chart family or dashboard retrieval, click Change (under Date period).
    To change all chart families and dashboard retrievals in this desktop, click Change for all (under Date period).

    This opens the Date Period window:

  3. Choose the new date period, and then click OK. For more information, see Setting the Date Period and Setting Multiple Date periods.
