Opening dashboards
After you have created a dashboard, there are three ways to open and view it:
from the Start screen
from the File menu
if this dashboard is contained in a desktop, you can also view it by opening the desktop
When a dashboard is displayed, you can also use the File menu to open another dashboard.
It is also possible to cancel the retrieval and display of a dashboard for variable data.
When you are viewing a dashboard, you can:
Save all open dashboards together as a desktop
Make changes to the dashboard
Refresh the data on the dashboard
Analyze the data behind the dashboard
Send the dashboard to another program or file
