Select a High date for charts and reports:
To chart all data from the first row of the data table to the end of today, choose Use today's date for current data.

Click OK to launch the selected charts with the selected date range.
Refreshing charts launched from Enterprise Dashboard
Note: When launching an SPC chart for data going back only a certain number of anchor points, the same data will be reflected in the dashboard and on the chart. However, if you refresh the chart, the number of anchor points will be ignored. To refresh the chart while maintaining the correct number of anchor points, you should refresh the dashboard and then launch the chart again. |
Changing configuration
Note: Features that allow one GainSeeker module to launch another GainSeeker module will use only the configuration that is associated with the login name. If you click the File menu and choose Change Configuration to access the data and settings for a different configuration, GainSeeker will ignore this change in configuration when launching SPC or DMS charts. |
