The Exploring Phase begins very early in our relationship with you, and typically includes:

Before you even make the decision to use GainSeeker, the Hertzler team has already been thinking about how we can help you be successful. We begin the Explore Phase in our first conversations with you. Our assessment questions explore the two most important aspects of your needs:
- How will GainSeeker Suite add value to your business?
- What are the technical challenges we’ll solve together to ensure success?
These conversations lead to one or more product demonstrations to show you in concrete terms how we’ll address the specifics of your situation. We’ll pull in appropriate technical resources as needed to make sure we answer all of your (and our) questions.
As we move deeper into understanding your current situation and the impact on your business, we’ll identify the key strategies to make a positive improvement. We conclude the Explore Phase when you choose Hertzler as the provider of your real-time system for actionable intelligence.
Evaluate
The Evaluate Phase starts once you’ve chosen GainSeeker Suite. It typically includes:
- Design Service
- Detailed Statement of Work
- Complete the procurement process
The Design Service is a one or two-day on-site planning process where our team rolls up their sleeves and works with your team to work out the details of your deployment. This brings key stakeholders together to:
- Identify your Critical to Success Objectives
- Ensure all stakeholders’ needs are considered and addressed
- Identify assets and barriers to achieving your objectives
Our careful planning process ensures an accurate and detailed statement of work. This plan gives you everything you need to make an informed decision about the project.
The Evaluate Phase concludes when you complete your procurement process
Engage
The Engage Phase begins with your purchase order for software or services, or both. Typically, it includes:
- Project Launch
- On-site Implementation / Training
- Implementation Review / Ongoing HertzlerNet Support
We work with your team to prepare for the project launch. The actual deployment typically includes on-site services for connecting to equipment on the factory floor, or integrating to software systems behind the corporate firewall. Often, over time, we shift to a combination of on-site and virtual services.
Training is an important part of the deployment cycle. Depending on your needs, we “train the trainer” or train end users. Our team will help you select the training modules that meet your needs so that we empower your people to do their jobs without depending on us.
As we wrap up deployment, we revisit your Critical to Success Objectives to ensure that you see success. For large projects this may include a formal Implementation Review, conducted in person with our team. For other projects, this may take the form of a conference call.
