Use the following steps to repair a corrupted Pervasive database file:
Make all users for this database exit the program.
Launch the Administration module.
For the User name that is experiencing the problem, find the Configuration assigned to that user.
Review the file paths for this configuration.
Determine the data file(s) you want to recover. The most commonly corrupted database files are:

Back up the database file(s) you want to repair.
Launch the Pervasive Tools.
Click Open, and select the database file you want to repair.
Click Recover. After the recover has finished, it will display the number of records recovered.
Click Close to close the file.
