The quality journey has three developmental stages: Guard, Guide, and Gain. The further you go on the journey, the larger the payback. GainSeeker Suite is uniquely able to support your journey across all three stages of the quality journey.
In Stage 3: Gain, we drill into data using GainSeeker Suite SPC software to proactively find opportunities to improve business processes.
The shift to Stage 2 (Guide) requires a new mind set. We go from "Is this good enough?" to "Has anything changed? Is this process stable?"
"Have had a long relationship with GainSeeker Suite. Reliable, efficient, easy to use program with easy report generation. Has paid for itself many times over." John Campbell, Operations Manager at McCormick Foods
In GainSeeker Version 8.2, "Send to PowerPoint" loads PowerPoint and pastes whatever you're sending into a new slide. In prior releases you could get there, but you had to send the chart to the clipboard, and then flip to PowerPoint and paste it into a slide. . . .
The Normal Probability Plot chart gives you an easy-to-view answer to the question: "Can we meet our target?" You can get to this information by displaying specifications on the chart, and then looking at where the diagonal line crosses those specifications.
"Data brushing" is a simple technique that helps you make sense of data by giving you more power to dive into a SPC Control Chart or Histogram. It is another tool in your toolbox for turning data into knowledge.
GainSeeker Performance Charts show comparisons between any data subset you choose. Compare by departments, machines, shifts, vendors, raw materials and more. You can also opt to keep label specific information or keep some of it anonymous when appropriate.
Any of more than a dozen new Dashboard controls with multiple options for displaying key process data, can now coexist on a single, powerful Control Center dashboard that can be read at a glance.
