Adding a new KPI gage

On the Design window for a KPI gage dashboard, use these steps to begin designing a new gage on the dashboard:

1. Right-click on the dashboard Design window.

2. Point to Add Item on the right-click menu.

3. Click the type of KPI gage you want to add - Dial gage, Bar gage, Dynamic text, Static text or File or URL.

4. For a Dial gage, Bar gage or Dynamic text, you must also identify whether this gage will display variable data (SPC) or attribute data (DMS).
   
   
   
   For these gage types, you must also specify the retrieval for this gage.

If you have already designed a gage on this dashboard, you can also copy an existing KPI gage to create a new gage with the same design.
